After you place your order, you will receive a link to an online form to select and submit your engraving request. From there, our graphic designer will work on the design and send the proof to you to review and approve. Once approved, we will engrave it!

How are the table tops secured to the barrel?

The barrel and table top will arrive separately boxed on the same pallet, along with a hardware and instruction packet.

For solid oak tops, there are four L-brackets that are first mounted to the barrel base. Then simply center the table top on the barrel and secure it to the brackets. All necessary hardware and instructions are provided for easy assembly.

Alternatively, you can select the white-glove delivery service at checkout and the delivery team can handle the assembly for you if desired.

For glass tops, the top rest on small rubber suction cup bumpers that are inserted into the barrel, adding stability and resistance to shifting.

Can I move the table again after it's put together?

Absolutely! The table top is simple to take off so that you can easily move the base and top through doorways and into another room.

How does the engraving process work?

After ordering with the engraving option, you will receive an simple online form to complete. Within the form, you will select which engraving design you would like and provide us with the names, dates, and any other content we would need for the design.

Alternatively, you can upload your own logo or design to the form for us to engrave onto the barrel.

After we have the design, we will send you a proof to review and approve as well as finalize the placement of the engravings on the barrel.

Once approved, we will engrave the piece and send it through the finishing process!

What size stools work best with the pub tables?

Our barrel pub tables and stools are all available in both counter-height (36" tall) or bar-height (42" tall).

If ordering both, simply make sure that the stools and table are all either 'counter-height' or all are 'bar-height. (We also verify the order details to confirm everything matches as well!)

The 36" oak table tops can typically sit up to 4 people around. The 48" size can sit up to 6 people around!

How does the order ship and how long does it take?

We partner with top shipping carriers to ensure your new Mystic Barrels piece arrives safely at your home. Each order is handcrafted and delivered within 3-5 weeks. You will receive tracking information within two weeks of placing your order. Once your order reaches the local delivery terminal, the shipping company will contact you to schedule your delivery.

Great Table and Great Customer Service

"I ordered a deluxe table and was very excited to have it delivered. The ordering process was very simple and straightforward. In a few weeks, I received notice that my table had shipped. I scheduled delivery on the freight company app and everything appeared to be going great with the whole process. However, on the date of the first scheduled delivery, things came off the rails. There were several issues - some caused by the freight company and some caused by the Mystic Barrel's staff. I reached out via email to Mystic Barrels and explained the situation. I received an almost immediate response from Colleen. Colleen worked diligently to try to get the issue resolved and when things couldn't be solved quickly/immediately, Mike (the owner) reached out directly. Mike got personally involved, did all the research to determine exactly what had gone wrong and proposed multiple potential solutions. I worked with Mike and Colleen to develop a solution that completely met my needs and accommodated my schedule. The table I purchased looks great and the quality workmanship is evident. However, the real thing that separates Mystic Barrels from the others out there is the customer service. Mike and Colleen's willingness to take responsibility for / ownership of the issues (even those 100% caused by the freight company) and their common sense solutions turned what could have been a negative experience into an overwhelmingly positive experience.
