Local Pickup:

• Availability: Local pickup is available for all items purchased through our website.
• Preparation Time: Orders will be ready for pickup within about two weeks from the date of order.
• Pickup Location: We are located at 750 Industrial Blvd., New Kensington, PA 15068

Shipping for Smaller Items:

• Carriers: We ship smaller furniture pieces and decor via UPS.
• Cost: Shipping is free for all smaller items.
• Delivery Time: Estimated timing is shown on each product page and at checkout.
• Tracking: Tracking details will be sent to you once your order is shipped.

Shipping for Larger Furniture:

• Carriers: Larger furniture pieces are shipped through various reputable freight shipping partners. The freight company will call you to schedule delivery. 
• Options: At checkout, you can choose from the following delivery options:
  • Threshold Delivery: The carrier will unload and move your order to the first dry area of your delivery location, such as a garage or covered porch.
  • White Glove Delivery and Assembly: This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, and complete assembly of your order.
• Preparation and Delivery Time: Orders are custom built and shipped out within about 2-3 weeks after ordering. Shipping takes 1-2 weeks typically.
• Tracking: Tracking details will be sent to you once your order is shipped.
